Stuart Haley

Managing Director

Stuart Haley is a veteran of technical business operations, with over twenty years of relevant experience in transforming and running mission-critical services. Stuart brings a wealth of international experience, having worked in a range of cultures across North America, Europe and APAC. He has held senior leadership and strategy consulting roles in a variety of organisations and sectors. Stuart has a clear focus on operational effectiveness through strong Corporate Governance and is well versed in both implementing systems and improving commercial performance.

Anthony Fleming

Compliance Committee Member

Anthony is the Managing Partner of Launch Financial Services Lawyers.  He draws on over 30 years’ experience in financial services founded on his time as a financial services partner in the Sydney office of the (then) world’s largest International law firm Baker & McKenzie, and before that, at Australia’s leading law firm King Wood Mallesons (formerly Mallesons Stephen Jaques). Anthony has been involved with more than 50 issuers and more than 500 securities, debt and managed fund issues over a 30 year career covering an estimated $20 billion of fundraising.
